• Care records created during assessments and visits, shared only with authorized family members and — with your permission — your physician.

How We Use It

We use your information to arrange and deliver care, communicate visit updates, send newsletters you opted into, and meet legal record-keeping duties. Marketing emails always include an unsubscribe link.
